Monday discussion time!

Because Substack is taking away the discussion post feature, I’ve tried doing the Monday discussion in the Substack chats. But I am not sure it’s really working. So, I am bringing back the Monday discussion post as a traditional newsletter and we will have the discussion in the comments.
